Hello everyone. I know I said I wouldn't be blogging while I am travelling, but I have to say this:
Today I finally got the shard of glass out of my foot!! 14 months of walking around with it in my heel, and now it is healed! Must've been all this walking around in the Holy lands.

There was a hole in my foot that started the day I left Egypt. Each day of walking on it made the hole bigger (did I mention I ruined many pairs of socks because of this hole?). The day after I swam in the Dead Sea, I took a pair of tweezers, fished around in the hole, and pulled out the shard of glass. It was just under 1 cm in length. About .5 cm in width. It had a point to it, which was sticking directly into my foot, ensuring maximum pain.
